Payment 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS and AfterPay payment in studio.

When you book your appointment online, you can now use PayPal or AfterPay at the payment gateway.

Studio Policy

Once you have booked your appointment. We send you a confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment to which you can reply to confirm or cancel. ​

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly note that we operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. (Excepts bridal appointment)

It is understandable that sometime you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge equal to 100% on your booking fee of reserved service(s) 

We will always do our best to accommodate you & happy to reschedule your treatment to a time that suits you best.
