Policies & Terms

At CHIVATARA, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and seamless experience for every client. Please take a moment to review our policies prior to booking, as they are designed to protect both your time and ours.

Appointment Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation message and a reminder approximately 24 hours prior to your appointment.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

 

- Cancellation or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

- Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in a 100% service charge.

 

- Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the appropriate notice period.

 

This policy is in place to respect the time reserved exclusively for you and to ensure fairness to all clients. 

Late Arrival Policy

To maintain the quality of service for all clients :

- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

- Full service fees will still apply.

- If you arrive too late to proceed safely or effectively with your treatment, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

Payment Policy

All appointments at CHIVATARA require full payment in advance at the time of booking.

This policy is in place to :

- Secure your appointment time exclusively for you 

 

- Reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows

- Ensure fairness to all clients seeking availability

We have found that prepayment significantly improves appointment commitment and allows us to maintain a high standard of service.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Refund Policy

CHIVATARA does not offer refunds for change of mind or completed services. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the matter appropriately.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin conditions, or pregnancy prior to treatment. CHIVATARA reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where necessary to ensure client safety.

Respectful Behavior

CHIVATARA is a professional wellness and beauty studio. Inappropriate behaviour, language, or conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.
