When you book your appointment online, you can now use PayPal or AfterPay at the payment gateway.
Once you have booked your appointment. We send you a confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment to which you can reply to confirm or cancel.
Please kindly note that we operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. (Excepts bridal appointment)
It is understandable that sometime you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge equal to 100% on your booking fee of reserved service(s)
