In researching the condition of adhesive capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder), occurs when the shoulder joint capsule becomes thick and chronically inflamed, causing pain and limited range of motion. As the condition progresses, adhesions develops, making active movement even more difficult. Massage and stretching are extremely beneficial for treating frozen shoulder pain. Helps to release tension and tightness, to relax the muscles. This helps to restore mobility and improve function. May help to improve blood flow to the affected area and reduce inflammation.
Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is chronic inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. The plantar fascia acts like a bowstring to maintain the foot arches and to absorb shock while the body is in motion. If tension and stress on the plantar fascia become too great, it can become irritated and inflame, and even tear.
Symptoms are pain and tenderness in the bottom of the foot near the heel and midplantar surface of the foot, especially during dorsiflexion. People will often state that the pain usually the worst with the first few steps after awakening. The same pain may be experienced after prolonged periods of standing, after getting up from a seated position and after intense activity. Massage and home exercises could be beneficial for pain reliefs.
